Novus Ordo Ltd. is a company building solutions for the media and photographic market such as tools for the management of photo stores in the subscription or implementation model.

The flagship product is Esilos – photographic trading platform aimed at photographers, publishers, entrepreneurs and photo agencies.

A CRM system was needed for ongoing sales activities and customer service.

Task

The condition of the customer was to implement the CRM in the cloud, a one that would not require installation on an own server, and at the same time enabling the integration of applications such as an e-billing system and Google Apps-based mail. A programme for project management was also a significant need.

Integration with the systems was to support the customer’s business processes by automating service requests, billing customers at a given time and scope. The CRM was to operationally and analytically support e-marketing activities.

Finally, after analysing the needs and requirements, the choice was the ZOHO ecosystem

Scope of the project
